• Turnaround time for content creation is typically 5–7 business days after receiving the monthly inputs.
• We submit designs on 1st of every month.
• Clients may request up to 1 round of minor text/image revisions per post, if submitted within 3 days of delivery, i.e. 2nd to 5th of every month.
• The final posts would be submitted on/before 9th.
• The service is not suitable for real-time marketing, influencer collaborations, or high-agency dependency brands.
• AI-generated content is reviewed and lightly edited by our team for tone and clarity. It is not customized deeply for each brand unless upgraded.
• Posting will be managed via client’s side, since we are only creating and delivering content in this vertical.

Yes we do! We have worked with clients all over the world, and our tried and tested processes allow us to work with you from wherever you are. If you have access to your emails, and internet then we’re all set!

Each concept is an entirely different design or visual direction. We will start by presenting you with 3 concepts(for logo, identity and packaging design), and once you choose your preferred one, you have up to 3 revision rounds to refine that concept in terms of shape, fonts, layout etc. Usually they don’t involve changing the design concept all together, and our clients typically don’t use all 3 rounds up.
